The flagship program of FreshImpact called "Ways to Improve Your Character... and Everything Else" provides "do-it-yourself" character fitness training focusing on twelve key character traits that we call "target traits." They are (in alphabetical order) courage, diligence, generosity, gratitude, honesty, humility, industry, integrity, perseverance, resourcefulness, respect, and vigor.
We provide individual training workouts with an introductory video and a 30-exercise full-color workout flipbook and downloadable/printable PDF for each trait.
