HOW TO BECOME MORE HUMBLE

The common view of humility is often messed up. People go at it completely opposite from the way true humility works. Watch the videos and go through the exercises and you'll approach humility the right way. Then ironically you'll wind up feeling really good about yourself even as you're making other people feel way better about themselves, too.

Think how often humility is required!

√ To apologize even when someone else doesn't
√ To admit you're wrong when usually you're right
√ To ask for help from someone less skilled or knowledgable.
√ When someone deserves more credit than you
√ To accept fair criticism even when you disagree
√ When someone's idea is better than yours
√ To accept a menial task below your "pay grade"
√ To not "one-up" other people

Situations requiring humility happen nearly every day, as the list above demonstrates. Too much of the time we want to "make sure" our ideas and opinions are valued. We don't want to be lowered in any way. And to be sure, humility is often the willingness to take the lesser position. What if you could have the kind of spirit that helps you do that without resentment? ...And even with a sense of inner peace and privilege?

Did you know there's a way to do that? I can show you how.

Imagine your life and impact if you were a more humble person!

The world around you is looking for, hoping for, hungry for people who are humble. Truly humble. Not people who act like they aren't worth much. But people who have lots of reason to brag, but never do. People who deserve recognition but don't get huffy if they don't receive it. People who are quicker to listen than to speak. People more concerned to acknowledge your value than promote their own. Those kind of people always have great relationships. Guess what?

....I can show you how to become that kind of person.

There's no magic bullet that transforms you overnight. But there is a path, a path of insight, discovery, steps and practice. I take you on that path in this module. Check out the path and what you get below.

EXCELLENT EXERCISES...
Character. This is what my athletes need more than anything, not just on the court but in life. This is why I coach. This course with its creative "30 Exercises" system is like having a coach beside you to put you through the paces and build the skills of good character.

GREAT FOR FAMILIES...
I've got seven kids. We've homeschooled them all. We have been going through the "Ways to Improve Your Character..." course with all of them together. The videos are so well done and helpful. It's been the most valuable family process we've gone through. I highly recommend it!

MEN'S GROUP...
Can anyone argue against the value of having men of character at home, work or in the marketplace? I used this course in a small group. The men were encouraged and challenged by its clear call to improving their character. We loved working through it together. A great bonding experience.

HI. I'M DOUG NEWTON

I've had quite a life as a pastor, a private boarding school administrator, an award winning magazine editor, university trustee, seminar speaker, and  author of 24 books. I've learned a lot about what it takes to gain respect, trust and make an impact. Yes, it involves good use of skills you've honed. But it always comes back to good character. If you're interested, I'd like to pass on what I've learned that can help you have fresh impact in your corner of the world.
