HOW TO BECOME MORE GRATEFUL

Check around the internet and you'll find lots of advice about living gratefully. The trick is not just noticing reasons to be grateful; it's about ways to express it. Bottom line: Gratitude doesn't truly exist (much less develop) until it's expressed. I'll give you a bunch of exercises guaranteed to show you how to spot opportunities to show gratitude, how it's expressed and develops.

Think how often gratitude is required!

√ When people show kindness you didn't earn
√ When you wake up breathing, thinking ...etc.
√ When enjoy the taste of food
√ When you sit down to eat
√ When anything good happens to you
√ When you need to find hope in hardships
√ When someone provides for a daily need

Situations requiring gratitude happen every day at least a hundred times! Most of the time we don't even notice. But there is a direct correlation between expressing thanks and noticing reasons to be grateful. Expressing creates noticing. It's not the other way around. You should be giving thanks a hundred times a day. No exaggeration. But f you're not, then shoot for 25. Then 50. Then 75. The more thanks you say the more reasons you'll see.

Sound like a worthy goal? I can help you get there.

Imagine your life and impact if you were more grateful!

The world around you is looking for, hoping for, hungry for people who are quick to express thanks sincerely and frequently. People who never take the efforts and kindness of others for granted. People who are always appreciative, because they don't enter the day assuming other people owe them a thing. Anything good that happens to them is a blessing they didn't earn or deserve. People like that can literally change the atmosphere of a home or any venue. Talk about helping the world become a better place! Guess what?

....I can show you how to become that kind of person

There's no magic bullet that transforms you overnight. But there is a path, a path of insight, discovery, steps and practice. I take you on that path in this module. Check out the path and what you get below.

EXCELLENT EXERCISES...
Character. This is what my athletes need more than anything, not just on the court but in life. This is why I coach. This course with its creative "30 Exercises" system is like having a coach beside you to put you through the paces and build the skills of good character.

GREAT FOR FAMILIES...
I've got seven kids. We've homeschooled them all. We have been going through the "Ways to Improve Your Character..." course with all of them together. The videos are so well done and helpful. It's been the most valuable family process we've gone through. I highly recommend it!

MEN'S GROUP...
Can anyone argue against the value of having men of character at home, work or in the marketplace? I used this course in a small group. The men were encouraged and challenged by its clear call to improving their character. We loved working through it together. A great bonding experience.

HI. I'M DOUG NEWTON

I've had quite a life as a pastor, a private boarding school administrator, an award winning magazine editor, university trustee, seminar speaker, and  author of 24 books. I've learned a lot about what it takes to gain respect, trust and make an impact. Yes, it involves good use of skills you've honed. But it always comes back to good character. If you're interested, I'd like to pass on what I've learned that can help you have fresh impact in your corner of the world.
