HOW TO BECOME MORE VIGOROUS

Be honest... do you go around most days with a spring in your step? Or do you often move like you're carrying a 50 pound weight on your shoulders? It's hard not to when so much of our lives involve repetitious routines and uninspiring responsibilities. And yet haven't you come across at least one or two people in your life who inspire you with their genuine enthusiasm and energy? Want to develop that habit in your life and become one of those inspirational, vigorous people? I've got some exercises that will show you how to head in that direction.

Think of how often vigor is required!

√ When you're running out of time
√ When people around you need a boost
√ When you need to shift your attitude
√ To get more done in a short period of time
√ To set a good example
√ To demonstrate the importance of a task

Situations requiring vigor happen nearly every day -- that is if you want to get everything done you need to do. But most importantly, people around you need the boost that comes from someone who works energetically and enthusiastically. However, it's not only about work. Sometimes it's just about the way you walk. You've got places to go, people to meet, pleasures to enjoy. And you know what? The movement of your body can influence the tone of your heart. Picking up your pace can pick up your spirit.

All the way around the trait of vigor can be a real plus. I can help.

Imagine your life and impact if you were a vigorous person!

The world around you is looking for, hoping for, hungry for people who are vigorous. We live in a world of hurried and harried people. Many are weighed down and living on the edge of discouragement. A vigorous person can be like a friend on the side of the road cheering them on in the marathon of daily life. Guess what?

....I can show you how to become that kind of person.

There's no magic bullet that transforms you overnight. But there is a path, a path of insight, discovery, steps and practice. I take you on that path in this module. Check out the path and what you get below.

EXCELLENT EXERCISES...
Character. This is what my athletes need more than anything, not just on the court but in life. This is why I coach. This course with its creative "30 Exercises" system is like having a coach beside you to put you through the paces and build the skills of good character.

GREAT FOR FAMILIES...
I've got seven kids. We've homeschooled them all. We have been going through the "Ways to Improve Your Character..." course with all of them together. The videos are so well done and helpful. It's been the most valuable family process we've gone through. I highly recommend it!

MEN'S GROUP...
Can anyone argue against the value of having men of character at home, work or in the marketplace? I used this course in a small group. The men were encouraged and challenged by its clear call to improving their character. We loved working through it together. A great bonding experience.

HI. I'M DOUG NEWTON

I've had quite a life as a pastor, a private boarding school administrator, an award winning magazine editor, university trustee, seminar speaker, and  author of 24 books. I've learned a lot about what it takes to gain respect, trust and make an impact. Yes, it involves good use of skills you've honed. But it always comes back to good character. If you're interested, I'd like to pass on what I've learned that can help you have fresh impact in your corner of the world.
