Maybe all you need is an inspiring speaker to get the ball rolling. I can do that for your organization. Guaranteed. One talk. Or a one day seminar. Or spread it out over a two or three day event. However you want to do it. I'll be there to inspire action.
Instruction • Training
Got motivated people and leaders who simply need guidance? I'll teach them the fundamentals of character formation and the "trait-specific" skills for each trait that can be practiced. Together we will write real-world exercises to build the traits you deem most important to mission fulfillment. Then if you want I can help you create a plan to roll out a successful character formation program. That's the next option...
CREATIVE CONSULTANT
Together we can create a custom designed character formation initiative that fits your mission and culture. What goals do you have? What traits need improvement? Together we'll develop a plan and design tools for the specific traits you have chosen to promote and practice such as: booklets, handouts, pocket-size trait cards, mnemonic keepsakes, certificates, banners and posters with your organization's brand.

BEDFORD (IN) FREE METHODIST CHURCH
Approximately 250 people, adults and children, are involved in a 12-month character development program that involves weekly small group meetings around a month-long focus on all 12 target traits. Each weekly meeting includes a 15-minute teaching video, leader's guide with discussion questions, weekly practice exercises with progress points, assessment surveys -- all custom designed for the church. Their team also created a week long children's summer school program, with characters, skits and activities (see photo). [Creative Consultant]
GREENVILLE UNIVERSITY VARSITY BASKETBALL TEAM
This team, coached by Dr. George Barber, (assistant to legendary Rick Pitino at the University of Kentucky), widely known for its high-octane offense, spent two months character training with our podcast. Coach Barber then used downloadable discussion handouts we prepared for each podcast. [Inspirational talks and Instruction].

The cost to have me come will be based on:
Travel, lodging and per diem food expense
Negotiable per diem "base honorarium"
$150-325/hr per scheduled session
(The variable pricing is based on the size of your group, the advance pre- and post- event requirements, and other time investments in preparation for the sessions.)
